Thanks for visiting our corner of the web! We specialize in "one off" guitars, and build them with love. Anybody who has ever played one of our guitars will agree, there's something special about each one. Our job is to pull the best qualities from each instrument, and we are committed to building the best guitars we can. We build them one at a time, in our home workshop. We build a limited number of guitars each year, and each instrument is carefully thought out prior to manufacture. Our suppliers are top notch, and we use the finest hardware available. Our finishes are all hand sanded, stained, and rubbed; they are some of the thinnest in the business. These are not like "off the rack" cookie cutter guitars that need work right out of the box. We treat each instrument as a masterpiece, and set them up to play right as soon as you pick it up. Rice Custom Guitars are truly artwork you will be proud to own, play, and display. Each Rice Custom is different from every other. The balance is superb, the weight is comfortable. The tuning is stable under a variety of conditions. We offer them in different configurations, and can accommodate nearly anything you can think of. The electronics are top notch and reliable. We don't cut corners, because we are players and perfectionists. Turnaround time is ~16 weeks.
